Many of these corporate executives experienced an uptick in the volume of certain kinds of litigation, giving rise to concerns over the availability of departmental resources and general corporate risk. However, certain anticipated risks seem to have evolved at a slower pace than might have been expected, easing at least some of the pressure on today’s senior in-house litigators.
