Report Structure & Methodology

Consero developed its 2020 Corporate Legal Operations Report in connection with its annual Corporate Legal Operations Forum, which took place in December 2019. This forum focused on senior-level LO executives from companies with revenues in excess of $500 million. Consero conducted a 10-question survey at the event, collecting responses from 45 participants. The results below provide a brief glimpse into the issues and opportunities facing these executives today.
