About the Role
Note: This is not an event operations or meeting planner position. This role is part of our Program Development Team, the group responsible for content creation and audience recruitment.
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our growing team as a Manager/Conference Producer.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the project manager for assigned events, coordinating with internal stakeholders such as meeting planning and sponsorship teams.
- Recruit speakers and attendees by presenting the value of Consero’s unique conference format to senior executives from Fortune 1000 companies—and meeting recruitment quotas each month.
- Build and maintain relationships with speakers and attendees throughout the lead-up to each event.
- Research and develop compelling conference agendas and establish advisory boards for events.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with senior corporate executives.
- Attend and oversee conferences, ensuring smooth onsite operations and troubleshooting any challenges as they arise.
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 2-3+ years of experience in conference production, membership sales, or inside sales.
- Confidence in your ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise leaders.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve financial goals.
- A proven ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, goal-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to manage external conference-related challenges.
- Top-notch time management and organizational skills to stay on track in a fast-paced environment.
