The Role

Director of Strategic Partnerships – Ideal for someone with 3-5 years of event and/or sponsorship sales experience.


What You’ll Do

Open Doors, Build Relationships, Close Deals, and Maintain Relationships:

  • Be the expert – Learn all aspects of the Consero platform (virtual and in-person).
  • Research accounts, help identify key players, and develop outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Create strong demand for Consero’s unique platform and build a pipeline of new partners.
  • Develop relationships through phone, email, and social channels.
  • Establish credibility and work directly with senior sales and marketing leaders within prospective client organizations.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools daily.
  • Own the multi-stakeholder sales and contract negotiation process.
  • Partner with the leadership team on pipeline progress and team development.
  • Attend Consero events across the US to work alongside our client partners.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of sales experience (B2B sponsorship development preferred).
  • A proven track record of sales success.
  • A self-driven hunter mentality with a focus on results.
  • Strong consultative selling skills when engaging with C-suite leaders.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices (Salesforce preferred).
  • Confidence in public speaking and presenting.
