The Role

Business Development Representative (BDR)

As a BDR, you will support the Executive Vice President of Partnerships. This remote position involves assisting with lead research and setting up sales calls. Ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in sales or lead generation, this role is crucial in building the pipeline of potential partners for Consero’s unique platform.


What You’ll Do

Research and Lead Generation:

  • Research accounts to identify key players.
  • Develop outbound lead generation strategies to create strong demand for Consero’s platform.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop relationships through phone, email, and social channels.
  • Establish credibility and work directly with senior sales and marketing leaders within prospective client organizations.

Sales Support:

  • Set up sales calls for the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
  • Use Salesforce and other sales tools for daily tasks.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Director of Strategic Partnerships on pipeline progress and strategy.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of sales or lead generation experience (preferably in B2B environments).
  • Strong research and lead generation skills.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
