The VP/Director of Human Resources for World Kitchen will be responsible for strategies and plans to develop and acquire critical organizational capabilities; drive the leadership, lead culture and work environment efforts; and strive for human resource excellence for the World Kitchen Global Product Supply business unit. Responsibilities include HR strategy and plans for organizational planning, effectiveness and development, change management, leadership coaching and development, and succession planning, diversity leadership, employee engagement, and relations and policy interpretation. The Director will also support the Centers of Excellence for performance management, talent management, compensation, and talent acquisition.
This position will lead the key HR processes and work closely as a business partner to the members of the Global Product Supply, and the senior leadership team to ensure high quality business performance and execution. Additionally, this position will manage a team of HR/Labor relations professionals across five manufacturing and distribution facilities in NY, PA and CA.
This individual in this role will be the champion of our corporate culture and provide HR leadership with integrity and model behavior.
