Report Structure And Methodology

Consero’s 2014 Litigation Report, developed in partnership with Serengeti, a Thomson Reuters business, was produced in connection with an invitation-only event hosted by Consero Group in October 2014 for Chief Litigation Officers from Fortune 1000 companies. While the report was limited to 55 participants, the answers provide valuable insights into the challenges, concerns, and opportunities of senior legal executives.
