  • Chain of Events: Maximising Supply Chain Activity To Maintain A Competitive Advantage: These session topics will include how to identify the opportunities within your supply chain to maximise efficiency; how to prepare for the impact of macro-events — social, economical, and political — on businesses and supply chain; and identifying the most significant cost reductions you have seen in centralising supply chain and logistics functions.
