August 2013 Brand Protection & Anti-Counterfeiting Report

Each year, illegal counterfeiting costs U.S. companies an astounding $250 billion, accounting for an estimated seven percent of all global trade. Given the severe negative implications for customer loyalty, companies must continue to develop and implement effective brand-protection strategies. This survey offers both insight into the perspectives of Chief Brand Protection Officers, as well as a look at how U.S. corporations are defending against trademark and copyright infringement.
