Consero is honored to announce that Simon Zinger has joined the Forum faculty for Consero's European Corporate Counsel Forum 2012.
Simon Zinger is Group General Counsel at Aegis Group plc, an international media and communications services company based in London and listed on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Zinger is responsible for all aspects of managing the legal affairs of the group and is especially active with matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, commercial negotiations, and risk management. In 2011, Mr. Zinger’s team received an award for Best UK Legal Department, and Mr. Zinger’s work was recognized by the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers report. Prior to joining Aegis, he was Associate General Counsel at Vivendi in Paris. Before Vivendi, he worked in San Francisco as an attorney with Baker & McKenzie and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey.
