Richard Tapp is Company Secretary and Director of Legal Services, Carillion plc, having formerly held the same position at Blue Circle Industries PLC. He is a Solicitor and a qualified Chartered Secretary. He holds an MBA in Legal Practice Management and an LLM in European Law. He has worked on cross-border transactions involving Europe, North and South America, Asia, and Africa.
