Consero is honored to announce that Reid Bowman has joined the Forum faculty for Consero's Corporate Compliance & Ethics Forum 2012.
As General Counsel, Reid Bowman is a key member of ELT’s Management Team. With close to 30 years of human resources and legal experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to ELT’s growing client base.
Mr. Bowman began his career as an employment lawyer at DLA Piper, and then moved into an in-house employment law role at USF&G. He then served as Assistant General Counsel at both Honeywell and Ameritrade, where he was also the acting Head of HR. Immediately prior to joining ELT, Mr. Bowman spent 8 years as Group General Counsel of Allegis Group – a $5B+ staffing services provider. In his in-house career, he not only handled a broad array of employment and corporate law matters, but also designed strategic ethics and compliance programs, and developed and delivered in-house training.
Mr. Bowman received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, where he was a Cornell National Scholar, and his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland School of Law, teaching courses in Employment Law and Legal Writing, and also has guest lectured extensively at various colleges and universities on labor and employment law topics.
