Consero is honored to announce that Phillip Simpson has joined the Forum faculty for Consero's Corporate Counsel Forum 2012.
Phillip Simpson has over 25 years of commercial legal experience, having worked in the mortgage, consumer finance, and motor finance sectors for the last 19 of these. He is the General Counsel for Equifax Limited, one of the leading UK Credit Reference Agencies, with responsibilities for the UK and Ireland.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Simpson worked for GMAC, where he was Head of Legal Services and Company Secretary for their UK mortgage lending operation and latterly as European Legal Counsel in their International Operations.
Mr. Simpson has also held General Counsel roles in the vehicle leasing and consumer finance industries. He originally spent 11 years in private practice.
