Consero is honored to announce that Paul Gagnier has joined the Forum faculty for Consero's Corporate Counsel Forum 2012.
Paul Gagnier is General Counsel of ACN Europe B.V., based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. As General Counsel, Mr. Gagnier is responsible for all legal, corporate governance, government affairs,and compliance matters in 18 countries across Europe. ACN, a privately held company with its headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, U.S.A., is the world's largest direct seller of telecommunications and home services to consumers and small businesses.
Before joining ACN in 2009, Mr. Gagnier was a partner in the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology Group of Bingham McCutchen LLP in Washington, DC, where he focused on the representation of international telecommunications and technology companies.
Mr. Gagnier holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish Literature from the University of Rochester. He is fluent in Spanish and Dutch. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Global Leaders in Law, and the International Technology Law Association.
