Consero is honored to announce that Odell Guyton has joined the faculty for Consero's Corporate Compliance & Ethics Forum 2012.
Odell Guyton is a Director of Compliance for Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington, where he served as the architect of the Microsoft Corporation’s global compliance program. Prior to his employment with Microsoft, Mr. Guyton was the Compliance Officer for the University of Pennsylvania and its Health System. Mr. Guyton is the Co-Chair of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and he is a regular speaker and commentator at business seminars and conferences.
Mr. Guyton graduated from the American University Law School in Washington, D.C. in 1981, and he is a member of the Pennsylvania and the Washington State Bars. He is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and a former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney.
