Consero is honored to announce that Marco Kerschen has joined the faculty for Consero's European Corporate Counsel Forum 2012.
Marco R. Kerschen is General Counsel – EMEA for Ralph Lauren and leads the Company’s Legal Division based in Geneva, Switzerland. In this role, he is responsible for all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Kerschen joined Ralph Lauren in January 2006 and specialises in corporate, licensing, and transactional matters. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Mr. Kerschen worked for over 7 years at The Procter & Gamble Company’s corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he handled mergers & acquisitions, licensing, and private equity projects.
Mr. Kerschen holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Sorbonne University (Paris, France) and an LL.M degree from the University of Chicago Law School (U.S). He is a member of the New York State Bar and is also admitted as a solicitor in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Kerschen is active in various professional organizations, and is a frequent guest speaker at seminars and conferences on corporate transactions and intellectual property topics.
