Consero is honored to announce that Lance E. D'Amico has joined the Forum faculty for Consero's Corporate Counsel Forum 2012.
Lance E. D'Amico is the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of UTi Worldwide. Mr. D'Amico joined UTi Worldwide in August 2006 as the company’s first general counsel. Since that time, he has taken over responsibility for a number of UTi’s corporate functions, including legal, risk management, procurement, security, and corporate development. He also has assumed the role of Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining UTi, Mr. D'Amico was Executive Vice President, Strategy and Operations, with Element K Corporation, an educational software and publishing company. Prior to that, he was an associate with the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, securities, and other corporate matters. Mr. D'Amico holds a Bachelor degree from Dartmouth College and a law degree from the New York University School of Law.
