Consero is honored to announce that Kelly Phillips has joined the faculty for Consero's Shared Services & Outsourcing Forum 2012.
Kelly Phillips recently joined Newmont Mining Corporation as Group Executive for the corporation’s new global Shared Services organization. Ms. Phillips is leading the development of Newmont’s SSO, which is driving improved end-to-end business processes through standardization and unification of employee resources. The developing SSO will include IT, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Finance, contributing to Newmont’s platform for continuous improvement as one of the world’s largest gold companies.
Prior to joining Newmont in October 2011, Ms. Phillips was Vice President of Global Shared Services at Beam, Inc. As Vice President, she developed the global vision, mission, and strategy for a multi-functional shared services organization, focused on a regional shared service center. Her professional experience also includes leadership roles in shared services at Schneider Electric North America and Motorola, Inc.
Ms. Phillips has been a guest speaker and panelist at several shared service conferences and webcasts. She has presented on several topics including Change Management, Balanced Scorecards & Key Performance Metrics, and End-to-End Global Process Ownership.
