Consero is honored to announce that John Hempfling will be joining the Forum faculty for Consero's Corporate Litigation Forum 2011.
John Hempfling was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He graduated from The University of Texas in Austin in 1994. He attended South Texas College of Law where he was a member of the law review and received both writing and speaking awards as a member of the nationally recognized moot court program. Mr. Hempfling graduated magna cum laude in 2000 and he was subsequently employed as an associate in the commercial litigation and appellate sections in the Houston office of a national law firm. He returned to Austin and joined a litigation boutique as a commercial litigator in 2003. Mr. Hempfling has tried numerous bench and jury trials, first-chaired arbitrations, and has participated in appeals before the Supreme Court of Texas and various intermediate courts of appeals in Texas and Louisiana. He joined Whole Foods Market as Global Litigation Counsel in 2006 and continues to participate actively in all phases of litigation.
