Joe Rafter, Vice President, Strategic Global Transformation of The Yell Group, is a strategic thinker with an operational mindset, adept at aligning business and technology partners to plan and prioritize business initiatives. He implements business & technology transformation solutions across global product management, operations, and technology teams. In his current position, he has conceived, defined, and sold the operational & organizational integration strategy for a $2.9 Billion global marketing and advertising company across more than 4000 technology and operational resources in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Argentina, Chile, Peru, India, and the Philippines.
Previously within the Yell Group, Mr. Rafter established an enterprise business transformation capability for a $1.7 Billion media company that launched 8 new products in 2 years, while aligning 60% of the IT resources to “grow the business” and 40% to “run the business.” He implemented enterprise business alignment and governance that doubled project capacity resulting in more than 70 enterprise level projects delivered annually.
Prior to the Yell Group, Mr. Rafter transformed one of the largest global business consultancy’s project management, risk management, executive management, and client engagement capabilities.
