Consero is honored to announce that Ivan Drinks will be joining the Forum faculty for Consero's Government IT Forum 2012.
Ivan Drinks has extensive experience in implementing information technology systems and providing leadership in large city government. As Chief Information Officer of the Information Technology Department for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, Mr. Drinks is responsible for providing vision and direction enabling the City to achieve strategic technology and business objectives. He also ensures that education and training for employees is comprehensive and that opportunities to use technology to improve efficiency are maximized.
Mr. Drinks previously served as director of Information Technology for the City and County of Denver from 1990 to 2000 and as director of Information Technology for CoorsTek in Golden, Colorado, from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, Mr. Drinks co-founded with his son Reality Technology, Inc., a technology support services company.
Mr. Drinks has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University and a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Denver.
