Consero is honored to announce that Gregory J. Mulligan has joined the Forum faculty for Consero's Corporate Counsel Forum 2012.
Greg Mulligan is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Evonik Degussa Corporation, the U.S. specialty chemical subsidiary of Evonik Industries A.G., with headquarters in Essen, Germany. Mr. Mulligan is responsible for the Law and Insurance functions in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and is a member of the North American executive management team.
Prior to joining Evonik Degussa, Mr. Mulligan held various positions at the Linde Group, Dun & Bradstreet, and New York Life Insurance Company. Mr. Mulligan also practiced with the New York firm of Whitman Breed Abbott (now Winston and Straw) in their Corporate Department, specializing in M&A and corporate transactions.
Mr. Mulligan received both his Bachelor of Arts degree and Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey, the American Bar Association, and Association of Corporate Counsel. He is Co-Chair of the Association for Corporate Growth – NJ In-house Transactional Group.
