Consero is honored to announce that Gordon Peterson will be joining the Forum faculty for Consero's Government IT Forum 2012.
Gordon Peterson is the Director of Information Technology for the City of Carlsbad in California. He is responsible for guiding the City’s use of technology in all areas including public safety, parks & recreation, libraries, public works, administration, and development services. Mr. Peterson has been innovative with the City’s IT program as evidenced by the move to host the City’s email and collaboration services with Microsoft’s Cloud technology, which proved successful and cost effective.
Having worked with the City for more than 25 years, Mr. Peterson has overseen many technology advancements. His most recent endeavors include leveraging Business Intelligence and CRM at the City of Carlsbad.
Mr. Peterson holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Bachelors degrees in Computer Science, Anthropology, and Sociology.
