Faculty: GLENN T. WARE (PwC), Co-Leader Crisis & Governance, Anti-Corruption and Corporate Intelligence Practice Groups

Consero is honored to announce that Glenn T. Ware has joined the faculty for Consero's Corporate Compliance & Ethics Forum 2012.
 
Glenn T. Ware, Esq. is a Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers and co-leads the Governance, Anti-corruption, and Corporate Intelligence Practice Groups. He is co-founder of the PwC Anti-Corruption Centre of Excellence and sits on its steering committee. He is an international and national security lawyer by training and is internationally recognized as a governance, anti-corruption, ethics, compliance, and fraud expert, having joined PwC from the World Bank Group where he served as the Chief Investigative Counsellor to the President of the World Bank Group, Ambassador Paul Wolfowitz. He has lived and worked extensively overseas in the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America assisting private and public sector clients navigate the complex business, ethics, and legal challenges in emerging and post-conflict markets.   
 
Mr. Ware has deep experience in international and national security matters following 23 years of military experience. He holds an active top secret security clearance and currently holds the rank of Captain, United States Navy. Within PwC's National Security Practice, he has worked for various government agencies providing National Security advisory assistance. His previous military assignments include, among others, Deputy Counsel, Chairman, U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, Legal Advisor for all U.S. Naval Forces operating in the Arabian Gulf, Assistant General Counsel of the "Star Wars" program, among others. 
 
He has lectured on anti-corruption, fraud, and national security issues at several professional and academic forums, including the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, Harvard Law School, Georgetown Law School, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, J.F. Kennedy School of Government, the Joint Vienna Institute, U.S. State Department, and the Pentagon.   
 
Mr. Ware was also recently retained by former President Bill Clinton and the Prime Minister of Haiti to design the ethics and anti-corruption control plan for the Interim Haitian Recovery Commission. In addition to Haiti, Mr. Ware spends a considerable amount of time in the Middle East advising a head of State on governance and anti-corruption. He was recently selected by the OECD as a participant for their site inspection of the United States compliance with the OECD Convention against Corruption.   
 
Mr. Ware holds an LLM from Harvard Law School.
