Consero is honored to announce that Gavin Denn has joined the faculty for Consero's European Corporate Counsel Forum 2012.
As Regional General Counsel, EMEA, Gavin Denn has responsibility for Synopsys' legal affairs throughout EMEA, with a particular emphasis on supporting Sales and Services within the region in negotiating software licensing and services agreements.
A New York Licensed, Irish lawyer with extensive international intellectual property, commercial transactional, and technology experience, Mr. Denn was previously General Counsel at Valista and Senior Corporate Counsel at Critical Path and IONA Technologies.
