Edward Gretton, Head of Legal for Hanson, has set up what is considered to be the UK’s leading compliance and training system for Competition Law. He also has a notable track record in corporate finance and complex litigation and has closed down numerous final salary pension schemes.
Mr. Gretton is a regular speaker on how General Counsel should best deliver value to their businesses as true business partners and how the success of lawyers in the industry should be measured.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gretton has been recognised for the quality, simplicity, energy, and effectiveness in training huge numbers of staff across various business sectors and in the swift, hassle-free execution of the most complex cross-border transactions.
