Consero is honored to announce that Bruce Natter has joined the Forum faculty for Consero's Shared Services & Outsourcing Forum 2012.
Bruce Natter’s career spans 25 years in information technology, finance, and operations leadership roles. He joined SAIC, an $11 Billion Fortune 500 science, technology, and engineering firm, in 2009 to lead a new Finance Shared Services team based in Oak Ridge, TN, where he currently serves as Vice President, Finance Shared Services. SAIC’s Finance SSC is part of a larger multi-function SSC, and is currently responsible for general ledger accounting, accounts payable, travel services, corporate card administration, and time and attendance administration.
Prior to joining SAIC, Mr. Natter was Director of Shared Services for Tree of Life Incorporated, a $1 Billion dollar natural and specialty foods distributor. This was a successful turnaround restructuring, where he led the creation of a shared services center with very limited lead time for planning and intense pressure to produce results. Mr. Natter also had an 18-year career in IT and finance for Marsh Inc., a Fortune 500 insurance broker, where he had a leadership role in the initial design of Marsh’s Shared Services model and ultimately served as the CFO for Marsh’s New York operations.
Mr. Natter holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Rider University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Queens College of the City University of NY. He resides in Knoxville, TN with his wife and son.
