Consero is honored to announce that Brian R. Bodor will be joining the Forum faculty for Consero's Government IT Forum 2012.
Mr. Bodor is a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he advises global clients on numerous types of complex technology-related initiatives. He has represented both large and midmarket commercial clients in the areas of information technology outsourcing ITO, business process outsourcing BPO, procurement, strategic joint ventures, systems development and integration, intellectual property licensing and transfers, telecommunications, and Internet-related initiatives.
For those clients considering large-scale, complex technology initiatives, Mr. Bodor advises such clients throughout the procurement process, including with respect to strategy development, RFI/RFP, term sheet and contract negotiations, as well as ongoing contract management and relationship governance.
