Consero is honored to announce that Bob Graff has joined the Forum faculty for Consero's Corporate Counsel Forum 2011.
Bob Graff is a Partner and Vice President for Business Development for all practice groups at MLA. He is responsible for developing closer relationships with our law firm and corporate clients, expanding the overall business. From April of 2008 until November of 2010, he served as the Global Practice Manager (GPM) of the In-House Practice Group. In this capacity, he drove strategy and policy for the practice group globally, in collaboration with his counterpart, Miriam Frank, and oversaw the in-house recruiting efforts for MLA’s east coast offices (Boston through Houston).
In his recruiting practice, Mr. Graff teamed for ten years with his colleague, Catherine Butts, in Atlanta. Together they placed over 200 attorneys in house, ranging from junior counsel to General Counsel and covered the full spectrum of practice areas. Their team approach provided both candidates and clients with a superior level of service, and helped advance search methodology at MLA. Prior to joining MLA in 1998, Mr. Graff held a number of senior sales and marketing positions, with companies including Enstar Communications, HBO & Company (now part of McKesson), and the Patient Focused Care Association.
Mr. Graff serves on the Board of Directors for kidz2leaders, inc., which exists to change the lives of children whose parents are in prison and reduce the odds – which stand at 82% today - that these children will eventually be incarcerated. Mr. Graff has volunteered with k2l since 2003.
