Consero is honored to announce that Bill Johnson has joined the faculty for Consero's Shared Services & Outsourcing Forum 2012.
Bill Johnson is Vice President, Finance Shared Services for Coca-Cola Refreshments, which represents the company-owned North American bottling operations of The Coca-Cola Company. The operation encompasses a multi-shore, hybrid-service delivery model of 900 captive and 600 outsourced associates across six delivery locations. The Shared Services organization is multi-lingual and currently provides a full suite of repeatable services from data management and rules-based processing through judgment, thought, and knowledge-based activities.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Johnson led the design, implementation, and oversight of a global finance shared services organization for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., the world’s largest beverage Bottler, a Fortune 120, $25 Billion company, having 72,000 employees. This involved the integration of a 1,200-employee North American captive delivery center with country-specific operations in Western Europe.
