Consero is honored to announce that Alain Clotte will be joining the faculty for Consero's Corporate Counsel Forum 2012.
Alain Clotte has spent his entire 30-year career with French construction company Colas, serving as its Chief Legal Officer since 1998. Mr. Clotte supervises the work of approximately 80 lawyers worldwide. Recently, Mr. Clotte led Colas’s acquisition of a 50-percent share in Mauritian company Gamma Materials.
