Consero is honored to announce that Kevin Stehr has joined the faculty for the Corporate Litigation Forum 2012.
 
Kevin Stehr is the Vice President of Sales for LexisNexis Research & Litigation Solutions. In this role, Mr. Stehr is responsible for meeting the needs of customers by delivering exclusive, powerful solutions designed to drive more efficiency and control in litigation, transactional practice, and business information management. 
 

Consero is honored to announce that Camilla Eng has joined the faculty for the General Counsel Forum 2012.

As General Counsel to JM Eagle, Camilla Eng leads the law department of the world’s largest plastic pipe manufacturer. She is responsible for the company's legal work, advises on corporate legal strategy and implementation, and assists in insurance, risk management, and compliance. Prior to this position, she served as a Deputy City Attorney for the Department of Water & Power, where she represented and advised the agency on a range of energy business projects relating to renewable energy generation, purchase, and sale. Ms. Eng is recognized as one of the nation's "Best Lawyers Under 40" by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). A native San Franciscan, she received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of California at Davis and her Juris Doctor from Hastings College of the Law.

Consero is honored to announce that Jon Wood has joined the faculty for the IP Management Forum 2012.
 
Jon Wood currently works at Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Akron, Ohio, as the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel.  Bridgestone Americas is a subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, the largest tire and rubber manufacturer in the world and owner of the Bridgestone and Firestone brands.  
 
Prior to joining Bridgestone, Mr. Wood was Senior Counsel of Intellectual Property for Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, Tennessee, and an associate at the law firm of Workman, Nydegger in Salt Lake City, Utah.   
 
Mr. Wood has a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, a Masters Degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.  

 

Consero is honored to announce that Michael Williams has joined the faculty for the IP Management Forum 2012.
 
Mike Williams is Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Cadence Design Systems, an electronic design automation software manufacturer. In his work at Cadence Design Systems, Mr. Williams is responsible for all intellectual property matters, and he has served in this capacity since 1998. Prior to Cadence Design Systems, he was Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Allied Telesyn International from 1994 to 1998. From 1991 to 1994 Mr. Williams served as Associate General Counsel at LSI Logic Corporation and was Corporate Counsel and Secretary at Altos Computer Systems from 1984 to 1991. Mr. Williams earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. 

 


Consero is honored to announce that Pamela Weinstock has joined the faculty for Consero's IP Management Forum 2012.
 
Pamela Weinstock is currently Associate General Counsel for Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc., where she is responsible for the areas of intellectual property, entertainment, and licensing for the global fashion brand, including prosecution, protection, and development of strategy for a worldwide trademark portfolio, management of intellectual property litigation and related matters, and negotiation, drafting, and counseling regarding inbound and outbound domestic and international licenses and entertainment agreements.
 


Consero is honored to announce that Marlan Walker has joined the faculty for Consero's IP Management Forum 2012.
 
Marlan Walker is Intellectual Property Counsel at Medicis. He handles Medicis’s patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, as well as intellectual property related transactions. Prior to joining Medicis, he practiced in Orange County, California in private practice, primarily representing pharmaceutical, cosmoceutical, and medical device clients.
 


Consero is honored to announce that Kenneth L. Ng has joined the faculty for Consero's IP Management Forum 2012.
 
Kenneth L. Ng is Group Intellectual Property Counsel for ITW (Illinois Tool Works Inc.), a multibillion-dollar company with more than 850 businesses worldwide. ITW designs and manufactures fasteners and components, equipment and consumable systems, and a variety of specialty products and equipment for customers around the world. Before joining ITW, Mr. Ng was Trademark Counsel for Kohler Co., managing that company’s well-known brands around the world.
